REGISTRATION AND TUITION

Student registration occurs during the first week in February. There is a pre-registration for children who are presently enrolled in the program.

All children enrolled in the 3- year- old program must be 3 years of age by September 1, and toilet trained. All children enrolled in the 4- year- old program must be 4 years of age by September 1.

The following is required at the time of registration:

·                     Birth Certificate

·                     Record of Immunization

·                     A non-refundable fee of $140.00. 

·                     $100.00 is deducted from the January tuition payment.

Assumption Preschool gives preference in admission according to the following:

1.                  Assumption Parish Members

2.                  Non parish members

3.                  Acceptance of non parish members is confirmed by June 30.

Tuition and Attendance

The Assumption Preschool is a Non-profit Organization which meets its salary schedule and operating expenses entirely through tuition payments. Regardless of whether a child is present everyday, these expenses still exist. It is our goal to keep costs at a minimum while maintaining a quality program. It is necessary therefore, to comply with the following policies.

Three - Year - Olds

A two-day program for the Child's first preschool experience with emphasis on socialization and learning through play.  Your child should be three by the time they start the program and must be toilet trained.  

·                     Tuition: $1100.00 per year. 

·                     Classes are generally held on Thursdays and Fridays 

·                     Time: 9:00-11:15 am 

Four - Year - Olds

A three day program providing kindergarten readiness skills as well as opportunities for creative and imaginative play as well as a variety of art and music activities. Your child must be four in September. 

·                     4 Year Old Four Day Program: Half Day:  $1450.00 

                                                                 Full Day:  $2800.00

·                     Classes: are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays;

·                     Full Day Time: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm

·                     Half Day Time: 9:00 am - 11:30 am or 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm.

Thursday afternoon program for 4-year-olds (12:00pm - 2:30):  additional $300.00

 Payments may be made in full or in three installments.

Installments due on the following dates:

·                     August 31st

·                     October 31

·                     January 31

§       Payments may also be made at the parish office weekdays from 9:00 AM to   5:00 PM

§     Tuition payments SHOULD NOT be given to the teachers.

§     There will be a fee of $10.00 for tuition not received by the due date.

§     Tuition is calculated on a monthly basis. If the child attends any part of the month, payment for the full month is charged.
